Ciros is excited to be launching our monthly spirit dinner! Being that March is associated with St Patricks day – our March spirit dinner will be Bushmills Irish Whiskey and Bailey’s influenced

• 5 cocktails
  • 10 year aged Bushmills
  • Blackbush cherry aged oak
  • 16 year aged Bushmills
  • Bushmills Irish Honey
  • Bailey’s Irish Cream

• Each cocktail will be strategically paired with a food course
• Bushmills Irish Whiskey Juinor master will be educating each guest on the spirit and aging process
• Internationally renown, and published bartender, Andres Aleman will be explaining each cocktail pairing to the privileged guests.
